St. Catherine of Siena Convent in Caldwell received its first Dominican patients on December 12, 1963 and within these sacred walls, care and compassion for sick and elderly persons continues into our present time. 

This gift of compassionate care was extended beyond members of the Caldwell Dominican community on August 9, 2002 when – after extensive renovation - St. Catherine of Siena, Inc. became a state-licensed skilled health care facility. 

In the Dominican tradition of hospitality and outreach to those in need, skilled nursing care is now enjoyed by members of the Caldwell Dominican community and their families as well as clergy and members of other religious communities.  dominicans@caldwellop.org
